Pastor’s Letter to the Church

Good Morning,

We had a wonderful start to our spring campaign with 147 in Sunday School attendance. We had three visitors in the adult class. Let’s push forward as we head into week number 2. Don’t forget to work hard to get a visitor to come with you to Sunday School this week. Those who were unable to be in Sunday School last week, please know that you were missed, and we hope you will be able to make it in this Sunday.

As a church, we saw four precious souls saved this past week and we passed out around 140 gospel tracts. As we start a new week of outreach let’s push to pass out more Gospel tracts. The more Gospel tracts are passed out the greater opportunity there will be to see someone get saved.

The Scriptures tell us, “…he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully…” (Jeremiah 23:28) This week let me challenge us as a church to keep the Word of God at the front of our minds so that we might speak it and share it faithfully with those who have need of hearing it. Sadly, I am afraid that we do not speak the Scripture because we seldom think on the Scriptures. Truly we have been blessed to be able to hold the very Words of God in our King James Bible. We can read directly from Heaven what God wants us to know. Take time to read your Bible this week. Take time to study your Bible this week. Take time to share the Word of God with others this week. This is how we will impact our community for Christ. This is how we will win our nation to Christ. We must share the Word of God!

In closing, let me add that I am praying for you this week. May the Lord bless you and keep you from both sin and harm. May you glorify God with your life this week. If you need anything please let me know. God bless and have a great week!
